Shipping policy

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. We offer two shipping methods:  

Standard Delivery and Express Delivery. 

Standard Delivery will be delivered within 2 - 5 days. Specific delivery times depend on where you are located. 

For Express Shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00pm local time to be dispatched on that day and be delivered within 2 business days.

Orders that are placed after 12:00pm local time will be fulfilled by the next working day.

Please note that while most orders aim to be delivered within 2 business days of dispatch, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in that time frame. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on weekends as delivery schedules vary by courier. 

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched. Please get in touch here immediately to see whether this is possible.

We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a $10 charge. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Orders may be dispatched separately and have various tracking numbers. This allows us to dispatch orders quickly and from our various warehouses. 

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. Sculpd is not responsible for lost/stolen orders that have been left in a designated safe place. We cannot post to PO Boxes. 

REMOTE POSTCODES

We deliver to most postal areas in Australia for free, however there are certain postcodes that have restricted courier services. We are not able to offer free delivery to these postcodes and charge a small fee. The exact shipping costs will be shown in the checkout process.
